I havent tried mirror linking my ipod yet but i have noticed that unless you have your unit sideways when mirrorlinked that the image displayed is mostly way too small to be displayed properly which might be the issue

I diddnt bother to use the steering wheel control unit since there wasnt exactly a place to put it on my wheel

I thought that i would have to buy an adapter for steering wheel controls to work but this was not the case

I bought this because i dont want to spend too much on my old car which im planning to sell soon enough and though this would be something acceptable to replace the old kenwood which stopped working
