I find it well made the material is thicker than i thought looking at the photo and reading the description but that is okay with me as i was worried that based on some of the reviews that it was going to be so thin and loosely made that it would provide little supportcompression

There is a right way and wrong way to put it on i found apart from which end to stick your hand in to pull it on

This so helped my tennis elbow im 80 just so you know it wasnt from tennis it was miserable

Too small will cut off blood circulation to some degree so be sure you measure correctly and get the correct size
