All simplisafe systems sold on amazon are configured to use t-mobile as the cell phone carrier. Simplisafe is very responsive and helpful which reaffirms my usage of this product. I highly recommend simpli safe and the modularity of the systems.

The equipment for sale in this posting is obsolete! Now they re-invent their system and i find my system obsolete.

The underlying issue with simplisafe is their atrocious customer support. Don't rely on command strips to mount any sensor. There are better quality acoustic sensors but these devices aren't compatible with simplisafe.

The app crashes constantly. The interface hangs up whenever you try to save a pin. Just times out and says “check internet connection’.
