Pros
No dry rot etc. Needs to be washed, but no big deal, as it fits into washer easily. It is easy to rewash and reuse again.
Cons
It is a fire hazard to dry it in a home dryer due to lint accumulation.

I’m super happy with the results and while these are not blackout curtains no one can see through them at all

As others have previously stated this canvas drop cloth smells quite musty

However it is too thin and too transparent to serve as a floor protector of almost any kind

It would need a plastic lining underneath as we did or some other material that actually protected
