Pros

The spring tensioner and knob for holding the towel in place are nice touches. Does not appear cheap or feel flimsy, etc. The only con is the screws sent with this are too long so my husband had to find some washers to make it work so it didn't punctu... Read More

The mounting hardware on this product is the worst possible. The instructions are useless and the screws are too long to use. One of the screws broke off and is stuck under a shelf.

Many paper towel rippers pause and then tear purposefully.
