With the straps i dont really have to worry about adjusting the flanges

I’m a 38dd and a large fit me well but can easily adjust

This is so much more comfortable and adjustable than the medela brand version i used with my last baby

I am using it with a ameda mya joy pump and the fit is tight but works

It works with my medela pump that i ordered through my insurance
