Pros
Silpats work exceptionally well in quarter sheet pans. This mat is great at preventing food from sticking. I wish this were just a little larger to fill the toaster oven tray, but it still works for our purposes. They make the best quality mats.
Both work great for my use -- mainly reheating or freezing product. Works better than foil or parchment. French fries and chicken strips turn out nice and crispy, top & bottom, without having to flip them!
Clean-up is always a breeze. Nothing sticks to this. They’re dishwasher safe.

Ive washed them multiple times in a row which is difficult in itself because they are flimsy and difficult to hold onto while washing but they always feel oily in the end its like they keep producing oil after you wash them

I didnt put oil directly on them but most foods do contain some oils

Once your item is frozen you peel it of the the silpat and put it into storage containers in the freezer and the pieces will come out individually without sticking to one another
