It starts high and you have to click the button to cycle down

The only problem with the one speed control is of course that you have to go through all the speeds to one you may have passed or if you like to start low and go high or vice versa

For the charger i had to peirce the silicone wrapped port with the charger plug as it wasnt opened before hand
