If purchasing keep in mind the size of these trays- it makes very large cubes ( one of the reasons it is slower to melt) they will not fit in most sports bottles/jugs/pop top containers.

Cons: the size does limit the number of things they can fit in the tray is not at all rigid which makes putting it in the freezer a little tricky over filled it is very difficult to get the ice out ( if filled just below the little dividers you can actually peel the ice out.

If you do use them for making large ice cubes, it's best not to fill them to the top.
