Pros

The white residue that is common with making ice cubes seems much less with purified or zero water. They make the best cubes, are super easy to fill. Easy to clean and easy to stack.

These are the bomb. The spheres work better than i thought they would. They last for many, many hours! These are great.

They are a bit tricky to remove. Removal is easy also.

Using these trays for freezing homemade baby food, whipped cream dollops, and yogurt starter. The covers reduce freezer burn. The lids keep everything covered and make them stackable.

Cons

The silicone is too thin. The whole thing is a bit flimsy. The packaging says it's dishwasher safe while the sellers packaging warns you to not put these in the dishwasher.
