    Typically the problem with most ball gags are chafing and pinching around the corners of the mouth

    The only down side is the pad lock it comes with is kinda a joke like what you would find on a kids journal

    This was fun to use on my man quality product took a bit to figure out the keys and the lock because the keys are very small and cheaply made
