Pros

These liners are perfectly sized for my half sheet baking pans. I'm not sure why a previous reviewer thought these were only good up to 400f. The mat is flexible, easy to clean and holds up nicely in the oven.

Cons

I have thick black char marks around where the peppers were. Trying to grab them and pull them off the baking sheet is awkward with oven mitts on. Opening the oven to continually check makes it worse.

These are a good substitute for foil or parchment paper but are not worth your money. They are not the same size as my baking sheets, they are a little bit smaller, so i can't cook as many cookies as i can covering the entire sheet with parchment pape... Read More
