These are a good substitute for foil or parchment paper but are not worth your money. Disappointed after reading all these good reviews did not get good results.

It smokes and the smoke derector goes off. One use at 425f and is already cracking/melting in the center. Had to actually soak the mats to remove this residue.

I have to scrub really hard and the smell doesn't go away, it still smells like food. It makes the food unpalatable.

Being just a bit too large makes them useless, unless you use the center of the baking sheet. The smaller one is not included. Turns out it is mislabeled and is actually 1/4 so it's too small. Yada yada yada.
