For the price it's great! I love this lens, for the price i think it's amazing! Bought this the next day and haven't looked back. Would recommend to anyone looking for a budget zoom. Great price for a starter lens for my daughter.

This lens is excellent for people wanting to buy a good, yet affordable, telephoto lens. This is a distinct advantage when you are working near a beehive. I like its tele capabilities but the macro is really awesome too!

The sigma 70-300 apo is a workhorse lens with good clarity and no color fringing. When compared to the canon lenses that are on the same level and price point, this is * for tat. This lense is worth the purchase.
