Most of the items of this nature are made in china and as we all know the quality standards are not the same as a custom made artisandriven piece

The fabric is the standard tulle nothing too spectacular and in fact when i first saw the package i was like oh crap its going to be useless

Unfortunately there were a few dangling dare i say irish pennants threads that had not been properly squared away removed

Its not wrapped around in layers per say like other tutus

Its actually gathered sections of tulle which are staggered and slightly overlapping at the waistband

There is a white ligning and then a black one on top which acts like a skirt and eliminates any transparency you might see if it were just black
