I find myself having to reshape the bendable wire part to stay remotely comfortably over my ear. They are not made like cheaper, better-sounding buds. There is no bass and the stiff wire is more than annoying.

The company has a horrible return policy and the staff is very rude and undermining. To get a replacement, they require payment info limiting the credit cards they take.

The form says name and email are required but you can't fill them in, they are grayed out. Lasted less than a month. The connectors are faulty!
