Pros
Shure dt990 limited edition 250 ohm (ninja version), the dt770 250ohm and the dt177x go. Sony mdr-v6 originally had a silver-colored adapter, so the gold is a quasi-upgrade if you like that sort of thing.
It screws in and fits perfectly, but i have to leave it half plugged in to get the full sound. It is threaded and the fit is perfect.
It does what it is supposed to. Great connectivity. All work fine.
Cons
Not a standard adapter for headphone jacks. Not for pro audio users. Female end of this is actually fairly deep, cutting in and out of the audio. Not recommended for any buyer.

I couldnt find an original replacement for the threaded 1434 adapter that comes with the sony mdr7506 headphones so gave this one a shot

For those who know this item prevents you from having to gaffer tape your aftermarket 1834 to 1434 to the headphone jack so it wont come out of the adapter instead of the 1434 headphone jack plug on whatever device you are listening to

Im more of a functionoriented guy so the thing could have been made out of balsawood and i would have been satisfied just as long as it worked and was reasonably reliable and so far this one is
