Pros
Came out all puffed up without an offensive smell. I let it air out for a couple days and smell lessened significantly.
For me my neck health contributes to my overall health for the day. I'm a large person ( 6’3”) who sleeps on his side. I’m a side/back sleeper and it works well for both.
Cons
This is an expensive pillow at $60, and in less than 2 months, it's absolutely worthless to me. It no longer fits in the original box!
It's very squishy, the filling is way too soft now, and the pillow is flat. Maybe it is okay for front sleepers but not for side sleepers. It seem to be comfortable but i woke up every morning this last month extremely dizzy and disoriented.
The pillow has a sickly sweet chemical odor that lingers on your clothes and hands after exposure. But it has a horrible odor. This product is a waste of landfill space.

I did just that and removed about 10 of the fill and i am very happy with the results
I was skeptical because ive never spent so much on a pillow but i agree with the positive reviews and consumer reports recommendation

I have bone spurs in c2 and c3 of my neck that put pressure on the nerves it is very painful every day

The only reason i replaced it is that i that it was well over the 2 year recommended replacement period for all pillows 8 years

Putting it in the dryer occasionally fluffs it well
