The band is very stretchy, yet tight enough to stay in place. You don't have to worry about readjusting all the time. The strap is very adjustable and easy to use.

I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. This is the best product i have found for icing down my shoulders. The gel pack can be frozen or microwaved.

It seems to protect the shoulder a little when doing chores around the house like mowing the lawn. This wrap helps to not only release those muscles but even pushes them down gently to compensate for the constant strain.

The picture in the item description looks like it will conform to the shoulder but it does not. The pictures in the ad are photoshopped. The first pic shows the wrap with no insert.

The material is cotton/flannel/felt like and not stretchable. This makes the brace extremely uncomfortable and i find myself constantly having to readjust it.
