Pretty good and works as stated, but it will not get into the ends of pointed toe women's shoes–which is where one is most likely to need stretching.

I spent 8 months trying to stretch out those bad boys to no avail.

I positioned the stretcher in the shoes and left for 24 hours, then wore the shoes for about 6 hours (they were not as comfortable as desired) and repeated the stretching process again for 24 hours to increase the shoe's comfort.
