Pros

Baitrunner feature is great, leave the line open and listen for the bite. Great baitrunning feature is a must for fishing croakers. Works great for live bait fishing for medium size striper and cobia in the chesapeake bay.

Great retrieve rate and drag. The rear to front drag transition is really a great feature.

The lightweight, smooth operation for surf casting has enough drag for fish up to 40 lbs. Just bought two of these in the last year to add to my surf fishing arsenal. Plenty powerful for pulling in gator trout and redfish.

This is the nicest reel i've ever purchased. My stradic (16 years old) was sent in for rebuild and only needed a new roller bearing.

Kast king 30# braided line casts the best. Wait fishing in the bay for stripers, bluefish, big rays sometimes, dogfish.

Purchased this one to retire an 10year old 3500 salt water class baitrunner best reels in the world

I over filled trying to fit 505 yards of 50lbs braided since it said the reel would fit it all

Casting mines on a 10ft tsunami trophy series surf rod really liked how stiff that one is and really throws the weight out
