The shoulder strap is so helpful when i have to take all 3 cats and my toddler to the vet. The trolley strap is super handy when i don't feel like carrying the bag. Bad has nice features and room to store items as well.

Flex frame allows you to smoosh it under the window or middle seat. It’s heavier than some but straps into the seat belt harness securely. They fit fine under the seats in the cabin on delta, and the cats were reasonably comfortable.
