Pros
Small but it fits the specs for jetblue dog carrier which i needed. A medium just fits my 12-14 pound chihuahua mix.
Front and top zippers are strong and all of the stitching feels well done. Back pocket is great for keeping a leash, harness, water bowl, etc. Has a strap to slide over luggage handle.
No one checked the size of the carrier, however it is within guidelines. I know that the two airlines i have flown with this carrier i've never had problems.
Our little one is always so comfy. I recommend purchasing a small pad/bed for the carrier. The holes are also small enough that they're not easy to see through, so your cat can have privacy at the vet.
Cons
You also have to box the item, if you choose not to receive an amazon store credit but wants the credit card you used credited. They often jam and get stuck. What a disappointment.
The zipper is defective. Sherpa considers its bags disposable after the one year warranty expires.
