Pros

Plastic discs are thin and pliable. They were perfect to add just enough of a shim and to grip the shelf well and still have the shelf slide in.

Cons

Hard plastic discs without any grip to them at all. The glass completely slides and useless. This is way over priced, it's worth maybe.
