Sure prima games did a fine job of covering shenmue 2 but its not as beautiful looking or well thought out as the versus book strategy guide for shenmue 1 which came with a poster

However it still gets a 5 stars because i got all the information i ever needed to know for shenmue 2 plus versus books did not publish their own version of shenmue 2s strategy guide

It does a good job of detailing the various events and sidequests that may not be immediately obvious when you play through the game yourself

Where this guide loses points is that it does not compare to the phenomenal prima guide that was published for the previous game in the series shenmue 1 for the sega dreamcast

Seeing how this is the only guide for shenmue ii there really is no other choice
