The texture is very dry, some might not like it, i actually enjoy the crunchiness of the bars. Texture is like a * meets a granola bar, they're very satisfying and moreish.
Most flavors have a nice savory taste, with seeds and veggie flavors. Just as described, not sweet but savory.
Cons
The bars are dry and crumbly. The crispy bars are in crumbs when it is delivered. Messy to eat, the bars just crumble.
It's so flavorless! Awful flavor. Same thing with the sesame flavor. There is a hint of rosemary, which added a tiny bit of yum, but overwhelmed by the bland taste.

The majority of protein and other bars are sweet being made with chocolate or fruit flavors and with added sugar or artificial sweeteners
