I love this thing, best pre workout i've ever had, i didn't buy two months to try others and i regret it.

I use a shaker bottle, and it doesn't blend as well.

The listing shows creatine as an element of this preworkout, but it is outdated.

Their old formula included creatine, the new formula does not.

So that is problem #1.

In actuality, this product only has l-citrulline, no l-arginine, no beet root powder, no tree bark extract, and no black pepper extract (the normal no enhancers present in most top preworkouts).

So while l-citrulline is good, and does increase vascularity, having only that product in this does not come close to making skin ripping pumps a reasonable claim; this is misleading.

The third issue is that they have removed those other elements, not because they don't believe they work or are unfounded scientifically.
