Pros
Foam rollicking is painful, but super beneficial when you’re weight training. The ball also helps with relieving sore muscles. I have a lot of tension buildup in my neck and the ball has become indispensable for me!
Cons
In my humble experience, if you are looking for a long lasting durable product, this is not the one.

Super sturdy and feels amazing after each use
Perfect level of sturdiness i use this nightly to stretch out my back and work out knots
It is really only good for your shoulders and perhaps one leg not both legs
The quality is not as expected but ok to use
Price
It was fairly priced as you get the foam roller instructions a bag and a spikey ball included

The foam roller is a bit rough so if you bruise easily it might not be great for you
