Go with the recommended size which for me was xl when i first got this out of the package i was like no effing way thats going to fit hahahah

I ordered extralarge i wear it when i exercise or should actually exercise lol the tshirt is a little snug yes but i figure its a little tight snug because im really really fat too much information sorry i just figured that the tshirt would loosen up around my stomach when i start losing weight and i didnt think the price was too bad either you cannot wash this tshirt in a washing machine you have to wash it by hand

I now wear it when i work out and it seems to help a lot with the placement of my lose skin not to mention the back support and my overall posture

Im skinny but had to order large so buyer beware there
