There were cheaper clocks but they had too many extra features

Thankfully it wasnt done in teeny teeny tiny type so i could actually read the directions without a magnifying glass

The alarm beeps 3 times per second the clock does show seconds it does not get louder and if you dont hit the snooze button it will shut off after one minute

If you are a heavy sleeper you plan to use this to wake you up this may not be the clock for you

If the stand breaks off i dont care because i will never use this alarm clock sitting by my bedside

Like the alarm its replacing one almost like it that broke when dropped
