The cord is a little short, so i had to plug it into several different outlets. La casa, que es algo grande, la limpié completamente en un día sin cansarme.
The dirt pad has velcro so it's easy to attach. The steam does 2-3 small rooms or my entire great room area. I have 2 large pit bulls that bring the outside inside. Knowing they are clean and sanitized makes me feel a lot better.
The steam cleans my peach terra cotta look tiles like a dream! I love that it sanitizes. Love the maxhine washable heads too.
Cons

Tried to use today, has been plugged in for over an hour, no steam. That’s not safe, imho. It is very awkward and i would never recommend purchasing this item.
What a waste of time. What a piece of junk.
Terrible product. Will not order from that vender again. Began leaking less than two months after clicking buy on amazon.
Now trying to get warranty support. The item was sent only in the manufactures box.

Gets my floors much cleaner compared to a regular mop super easy to use and doesn’t use chemicals
It is lightweight the battery has a good charge and it is easy and convenient to use
It lifts all the dirt thats left behind after a typical mop or swiffer is used
The floor doesnt stay wet at all

My wife loves it would buy again great price
Also would love and offon switch but for the price you cant be mad

It was supposed to be 2 day delivery it took over a week to arrive

Overall it is pretty good though not as nice as the older model
I was hesitant to buy this because compared to other steam mops that are way more expensive i wasn’t sure if it would work

When i tried to cancel 3 days after ordered and it still hadnt been shipped they would not allow me to cancel

As soon as it was delivered i opened it and put it together took me all of maybe a minute was super easy filled with hot water and began

So unless you end up back at the same place you started at so you can unplug it the cleaner keeps steaming
