The shark has incredible suction and i picked up twice as much dog hair as i previously did with the bissell. It has great * power, great maneuverability, a long cord, and a big cannister to hold the dirt it picks up.

Vacuum performs great on carpet and hardwood floors. I have a long-haired cat who constantly is dropping hair. It is perfect for a quick job on my laminate, tile and carpeted floors.

The switch control is very convenient. The switch is easily accessible. The roller is quite powerful.

If you are using the hose and just pull it out a tiny bit even, the entire vacuum falls over and hits you in the knees, legs, feet or wherever it chooses to land.
