Pros
Out of the box, the edge was perfectly sharpened. Cuts later, it is still just as sharp. This is by far the sharpest knife i have ever bought.
This knife weighs in 280g about 100g heavier than the less expensive knife. A very sturdy knife with a good balance. I wish it had a holster to store it when not in use.
This knife is so beautiful! Super nice knife. Well made. Nice quality. Highly recommend. It is beautiful.
The knife feels amazing in my hand. Feels wonderful to use as well. It's like buying flowers and chocolate for your wife.

Cons
This knife is not layered damascus steel. The grain on those true layered-steel knives is not only visible, but can be felt by running your fingernail over it. On this particular blade, however, the only visible patterns are on the sides.

The edge of the blade is showing slight jaggedness which might be somewhat normal for damascus steel
