I made sure that the dispensing portion was screwed on tightly to prevent leaks as previous posters have noted

In fact it didnt even leak on the first use although i forgot to tighten it first

It does the job but i found that the top provided with this dispenser is a bit inadequate

It appears to be made of a cheap hard plasticpossibly containing bpa which can be difficult to screw onto the dispenser and it does not seal the container well

This has happened to me and we had to dump the contents and start over using plastic wrap around the top to seal it better
