First i really like that box that the mic came in this is a box that i will be reusing while the mic is off the camera or during transport

There are little tabs under the battery as seen in the video this is where you would change the different db levels its a little tricky at first there is also a small piece of tape covering those tabs so peel up that tape first before you try to move tabs

The reason as i mention in the video why you even want to purchase a mic like this is to eliminate or reduce the side noise and focus on the subject in front of the camera
