I never knew certain people could have one less liver enzyme than most of us and that this would affect the metabolism of alcohol and have different ramifications than say another instance where a person has a genetic abnormality for handling essential fatty acids nor did i understand that some people might be allergic to alcohol and have yet a different response to it
