Easy to reset the locks combination fits the luggage pull tabs for easy locking and it seems to be of good quality material

I had to call the customer service number on the package after i had already returned one lock because i could not set the combination

The secret is after you turn the shackle 180° and push down then you have to push even farther down before you can turn it the 90° required to set your new combination
