Pros
When i first got it, i put in on top of the mattress but under the fitted sheet, as shown on the picture on the packaging. It would be nicer is if the wedge were a little longer so the mattress would have more of of an area to curve over.
Cons
I have a standard size crib mattress and this didn't quite fit the length of the mattress. This product is a waste of money. Not worth the money to me.

Because the sheet is so tight the wedge never moved for us but note that i also have a waterproof cover under the sheet and i placed this on top of that cover
