The serta ergonomic executive chair is business teacher approved. This particular chair is one i got after trying three others from staples. I lecture from home and it can wear on your back sometimes.

It's the easiest chair to assemble and you don't need a friend to help you. Very easily assembled by one person, being very meticulously careful. Appx 25 mins.
It's been comfortable. It's cushy enough. The padding is enough to give comfort, but not over-padded to make it bulky.
Cons
There is minimal padding in the seat. It’s noisy and squeaky. The material on the chair rubs against itself and has such an annoying rubbing squeaking sound.
It truly is the generic trash of trash, and no surprise. It’s a garbage chair and not worth the price it asks. Its not any cheaper than the real one.

I purchased the light gray fabric chair since i read bad reviews about the leather coming off and i’m happy with the fabricseems well made
I chose the serta ergonomic chair for his features and am not disappointed
The seat is comfortable the construction quality is well above par and the moving back support is very useful
The chair can lean back with the proper adjustment but its not really designed for that
Competitiveness
I wood recommend if you need a good chair at a moderate price

Lots of support does not push headneck forward which is important for melove the adjusting seat position featurewould recommend to petite chair seekers

I was just about to return this when i discovered that it actually does stay in locked height position if you push the level down another 18 inch after the lift of the handle to get it to elevate
