This one is able to bolt down, you have to drill the holes through the bottom but it won't be completely watersafe.

It was the push-button battery-powered electronic version - the electronics failed, fortunately, did so when the door was swung open.

But the digital lock will not survive much of anything, not sure how i would retrieve anything if damaged or after a fire.
