Pros

The range on this headset is very good. Great long distance transmission. Great seller, with quick answers to any questions. Incredible customer service. After years of use and * they still look and work perfectly.

If you want to listen to music as well as send/receive phone calls, your choices are either to buy a usb headset or a bluetooth headset. Exceptional comfort and sound quality is great.

Sound quality on the mic is fantastic. The microphone is good quality, and sennheiser mics are supposed to have very good noise canceling capabilities. Call quality is very good though.

Every time my laptop wakes up the headset is immediately ready for use. Compatible with skype and webex. Hooking it up is easy.
