The box is really good as pastels can be organized at different levels making it easily accessible. Not disappointed with the pastels or the box. The only issue, which has been mentioned is that little dowel was broken.

Cons

Several pastels were broke when the box was opened for the first time. The broken ones shed onto nearby pastel contaminating them. The interior hinges were broken.
