When i received this one i was expecting the same but after a quick read through the instructions and a quick download of an app that works with the selfie stick i was taking pictures within five minutes

Just simply place your phone into the mount plug the cord into the headphone jack with my phone i would then go into the selfie stick app extend the stick and begin snapping away

Usies with my friends and family yes but rarely do i take an actual selfie and definitely do not perform this task enough to warrant the purchase of a stick

The first selfie stick did not survive long enough for me to even remember what it was that i bought it was so dysfunctional

Now i do not know the integrity of the glowing in the dark feature for selfie sticks but it does indeed glow in the dark

It did not however automatically take photos when the cord was plugged into the headphone jack so the snapping of the photo remained manual
