Only thing i can complain about as far as whats provided is the thermometer is in celsius it doesnt reach down in to the contents of the pot therefore it does not give a proper temperature reading

The included air lock does not stay put in the hole where the copper line goes into the pot because the hole that was made in the pot for the copper fitting is jagged and it tears the cheap foam of the air lock
