Pros

For the price this knife is simply superb. It's like a new toy for me. Now it looks like * and still works. Dig this knife. This knife is awesome.

It works flawlessly and cuts through sushi rolls with easy. When using the proper sushi cutting technique (wiping the blade after each cut and dipping it in water), the cuts come out beautifully clean.

It seems to hold a decient edge and it is easy to sharpen. Don't get me wrong, i'm very impressed with the quality and sharpness of the blade. The steel is good enough to hold an edge without repetitive sharpening.

The handle feels comfortable in the hand with no side sway to speak of. I own several henckels, sabatier, and other high-end, expensive knives. The handle does need treatment of some sort - it is a sponge until you get something on or into it.

Had another 12inch one which requires almost the full length of the blade to do a clean cut where this much shorter knife only takes one half to two third of its length to cut it through nicely

However blade and handle seem to have a slight curve to it
