Pros & Cons
Pros
Turned over existing soil base and amended with compost/manure (purchased) rolled flat, then used a rake to create furrows to help hold seed in place.
Cons
After 4 weeks, only a tiny clump of clover germinated. You get sprouts right away, but that's it.
Highlights
Quality
Well its been a year and im very pleased with the results
I like the quality of the clover seed
The previous owner of our house had dumped poor quality sandy stony fill dirt in order to level out a deep drop in the yard
No specific investigation of the germination rate but satisified with the results
Price
Everything they sell beats local sources on price weed content no weeds in clover for my deer food plots and survival rate
