You can see movement from that distance but not details it does have some kind of cardboard backing which if they just replaced that part would turn it from indoor usage to outdoor

Would work great if you were putting it in a corner which to be fair is where it is designed to go however if you need it for other locations beware that it doesnt have a huge amount of variation in angle so you are limited and have to be adaptive to get the angle correct

Note that mounting screws are not included but thats only about 15 cents worth of material

But make sure to buy some mounting screws drywall anchors and some washers in case the screw heads arent large enough

The entrance door is 1015 feet behind the workout equipment so people on the machines would have to turn around to see who is coming in and not a good idea because you can fall if distracted while on the threadmills
