It comes packaged with a usb power cord and that plugs right into a tiny little hole on the back side of the vibrator

You will need to charge this up for a couple of hours before your first use or you could do like me and charge for about 10 minutes if you are in a hurry for some satisfaction then plug it back in afterwards

There is a power button you press and hold a couple seconds to turn it on then press and hold a couple seconds to turn it off

It starts out on low just to start getting you a little worked up press the power button one time quickly to turn it up a notch to the second vibration mode
