Pros & Cons
Pros
Major thumbs up. It meets our needs perfectly and the price was very reasonable. We are very grateful that the cost is reasonable and affordable.
Works great around the property snd upstairs. It’s easy for him to press the button for help, and it lets me know he needs help. One thing to know is the push button part doesn't come with a battery.
It's very loud, has 3 volume settings and & ton of alarm sound options. There are about 30 different sounds that can be adjusted for volume level and an extremely bright blue flashing light. Bright enough to awaken her without a jolt from a sound.... Read More
Large button feature allows ease to push even for arthritic hands. Nice ribbon allows them to wear it around their neck, or mom puts it on the walker. Highly recommend to anyone needing the peace of mind and security for ill or elderly people.
Cons
The alert sound is not changeable. The alert * cannot be individually programmed. The light keeps going off and blinking no matter what. I have to keep resetting it to get it to go off.

Update the 3 aaa batteries in the receiver had to be replaced after about ten weeks the clue that the batteries were bad was that the blinking light would not turn off after the unit had been activated

The receiver is basically always on listening for a signal so its 3 aaa battereis will need replacing much more often than the alerting pendant
