Finally got to the sebo box and was bummed to find the foam pieces were broken and just sitting in there around the vacuum

Then i noticed the electric head had worn marks and the bristles had obvious dust and pet hairs on them

The packing slip wasnt mine it was the previous consumers return of this machine which was apparently sent directly to me

The packing slip actually said she was returning because miele did a better job on bare floors

Now im questioning my decision to get the sebo over a miele and i have to pack it all back up and return it

Since it was a 3rd party purchase i couldnt just do an exchange and i wouldve had to repurchase the vacuum so i decided to check out the local sebo dealer who i discovered while waiting for my refunds

The upholstery brush of the sebo was quite small
